Feather IV Leather Regular

Feather IV is a one-piece version of Feather III.  The one-piece construction gives more stability.  The bars are shorter than Feather III to make itself more compact. Genuine leather construction.  Comes with a new wing shape slider and fixed brass hook. Fits well for neck size up to 16 inches.
